BIRTHCLOTH PERSONALIZED WITHIN 3 WEEKS
Production time for a personalized Birthcloth is maximum of 3 weeks after your request has been approved and confirmed plus the indicated delivery time.
Of course we strive to deliver as soon as possible, but please do understand that manual work takes time.

EXPRESS DESIGN SERVICE 5-6 working days
We understand that sometimes an order simply cannot wait. Therefore we offer the express design service. With this service your personalized your Kama Birthcolth will be delivered within 6 working days plus the indicated delivery time after your request has been approved and confirmed for more info contact us here (link)

SHIPPING
Do you order from another country? View our list of common countries and associated shipping costs for your Birtcloth Is your country not listed? Then you can also inquire the shipping costs via customer service. Shipping cost will be charged during the check out.
Shipping prices for Kama accessories that are ordered separately from the Birthcloth in one order fall into another, cheaper rate group, the exact shipping cost will be charged during the check out.
Kama ships on EXW conditions
- EXW – Ex Works or Ex-Warehouse: The seller is responsible for packing the products and making the goods available. The cargo is transferred to the buyer while the freight is still at the seller’s site. The buyer is then responsible for exporting, shipping, and importing the cargo to their destination.
The buyer must pay for the freight costs that transport the goods to their destination and is responsible for all import costs.

DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS
During the check we offer the option to choose an address that is different from the billing address. Even if you use a different delivery address, you must sign for receipt. You will always receive an email with a Track + Trace link to track your package

DAMAGED PACKAGE
We selected our carriers with the utmost precision. However, it occasionally happens that a package is delivered damaged. Our advice: ask the delivery person to make a note of this and report it to the transport company. We also ask you to report the complaint to our Customer service.

GENERAL
We handle the delivery date of the carrier as the date of receipt.

GIFTING
During the check we offer the option to choose an address that is different from the billing address.
All Kama Birthcloth orders are delivered in an giftbox excluding Kama accessories ordered separately from a Bithcloth in one order.
As a buyer you will receive the invoice by e-mail.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), you are always entitled to return or exchange your items within 14 days from the time of delivery.
Please note that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns
By returning Kama means an ordered item, which is returned and for which you do not want any other item in return.
Exchange
By exchange, Kama means an ordered item, which must be exchanged for another item.

The return shipment costs must be paid by the customer and are not covered by Kama
Keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of you return.
Refund
Products must be returned unused and undamaged with the original packaging and labels attached.
A full refund of the purchase price will be given, including the original shipping charges.
The shipping costs made by the costumer to return an order, must be paid by the customer. Unless there was a mistake in delivery.
If an item is used or damaged, the item(s) will be sent back to you and a refund will be refused.
We will refund your order within 7 working days counting from the day we receive your order. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 14 days to receive your return.
Exchange
If you want to exchange your order you’ll need to place a new order and return the original product for a refund.
